Rates fluctuate and average $900/night+ tax with a 2-night minimum.

Check in is 4 p.m. Early check in may be available earlier on a case-by-case basis. We will let you know when the house is ready on the day of check in.

Check out is 10 a.m. If you would like to check out later, please contact us the night before and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate.

Pets are not allowed. Many of our guests have allergies and we need to keep our home pet free.

What is your cancellation policy. Cancel within 14 days for a full refund. Cancel before 7 days for a 50% refund. If cancelling less than 7 days prior no refunds will be given, except the $250 deposit.

Upstairs there is a 1) King Bedroom with ensuite and 2) Twin trundle bed, with 2 twins, 1 full-size bed. Downstairs there is 3) a Queen bed in a private room and 4) a loveseat twin bed in the living room and downstairs there is 5) King Bedroom 6) a twin and full size bedroom and 7) Queen sofa bed in the second living room.

Occupancy tax (9%) and insurance ($50/stay) will be applied at the time of checkout. A refundable security deposit ($300) will also be applied at checkout, and will be returned to you after 48 hours of checkout.
